Dozens of other retailers and eateries have signed up for space in the project’s lower level mall, where luxury boutiques will be located on the first level (one level above the street) and “premium and contemporary” retailers on the second and third. Other stores coming to the mall include Valentino, Chopard, Armani Collezioni, Intermix, Koko & Palenki, REISS, Audemars Piguet, Coach, Porsche Design, Guissepe Zanotti, La Perla, Ted Baker, Agent Provacateur, Cole Haan, Lululemon, and Sax Fifth Avenue, just to name some of the highlights of a rather lengthy list. The mall is supposed to open this fall.
