Gridics is looking for a Research Associate to manage and maintain our database of real estate development projects across South Florida, out of our Downtown Miami office.
Are you fascinated by real estate? Do you have an interest in urban development across South Florida, researching and tracking everything from new condo towers, to commercial and infrastructure projects, and keeping tabs on the architects, developers, and contractors who build them? Then Gridics is looking for you, to manage our database of real estate development projects across South Florida (see the link above).
Gridics is a young start-up with its proverbial finger on the trigger of Greater Miami’s real estate trend. Working out of our Downtown Miami office, in the historic DuPont Building, this position will require you to research new and existing developments and enter collected information into our online database. You will also work closely with the Gridics News team, using that department as one of your primary sources for development information, and providing up-to-date and accurate development info for use in the news. Applicant should have at least some college education. The position is part time and begins at $10 an hour, based on experience and qualifications.
