Not that Paraiso, the four tower megaproject being built along Biscayne Bay in the northern half of Edgewater, needed any help looking bigger, but a new condo tower called Prodesa that is proposed next to it makes Paraiso look absolutely gigantic. And Prodesa is no small-fry itself.
Not that Paraiso, the four tower megaproject being built along Biscayne Bay in the northern half of Edgewater (see Paraiso Bay, One Paraiso, Paraiso Bayviews), needed any help looking bigger, but a new condo tower called Prodesa that is proposed next to it makes Paraiso look absolutely gigantic. And Prodesa is no small-fry itself.
The 20-story project at 444 NE 31st Street will have 137 condo units, a 274 space parking garage, and retail and office space on the lower levels, reports The Next Miami. The retail consists of five retail spaces on the ground floor, and the office space lines the parking garage from levels 2 through 5. The architect is Arquitectonica, like Paraiso, and the developer is not named, although the property record lists an entity named Metro Edgewater LLC as the owner.
